GARBAGE:
Tuesdays and Fridays
(Leave your bags on the curb between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.)
6 bags maximum
- No recyclable materials in bags
- No hazardous waste in bags (paint, batteries, etc.)
RECYCLING:
Thursdays
(Leave your recycling on the curb between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m.)
Put all recyclable materials in TRANSPARENT PLASTIC BAGS or in a 360 liter roll-out bin provided by the Saint-Jacques Éco-Quartier or one of the Accès-Montréal offices.
DEFEATING LITTER IN THE VILLAGE:
With the Sweeping Brigade, the SDC du Village is offering a "helping hand" to keep the Village free of litter. However, all merchants are responsible for keeping the sidewalk in front of their commercial property clean (including the first 60 cm in the street), as well as for installing an ashtray outside (or a no-smoking sign).
